Coaching for Faith Leaders

Companionship rather than instruction

Navigating the task of faith leadership is a challenging endeavor in a world divided by difference. The chasms are widening on our teams, in our congregations, and within our contexts. We’re expected to cast vision, guide solutions, provide answers, and offer a sense of stability. Yet many of us are losing our balance and quietly questioning our fitness for the role.

For others, our awareness of organizational and contextual conflict inspires us to greater creativity. We are eager to develop the visions and programs that will form people for the work of peacemaking and reconciliation. Yet the urgency to produce is fatiguing and we wonder if we can sustain it all.

Global Immersion offers coaching for individuals and teams to support your journey toward personal formation as a leader, conflict competency as a team, and peace and justice programming as a congregation or organization.

Our approach to coaching is built on the foundations of relationship, exploration, and breakthrough. We offer companionship rather than instruction, believing that the genius of our clients lies within them.
