As this year draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to celebrate what’s unfolding through this growing movement of Everyday Peacemakers.
Together, we’re equipping leaders, communities, and institutions to move toward conflict with courage, wisdom, and hope. Here’s a glimpse of what that looks like in practice:
Leadership Cohort
Since 2021, more than 150 Christian leaders have been trained through our Leadership Cohort. They work in education, ministry, healthcare, and nonprofit leadership – and collectively influence over 400,000 people each week toward peace.
Global Immersion Fellowship
Launched in 2024, our Fellowship has grown to 56 Peace Fellows serving in urban, suburban, and rural contexts across North America. Each Fellow is reimagining their institutions as instruments of peace and forming communities of Everyday Peacemakers in their own neighborhoods.
Coaching & Consulting
Since 2020, we’ve facilitated 250+ sessions with churches, nonprofits, universities, and movement leaders—helping them design strategies for navigating conflict, building cultures of belonging, and leading well through volatility and change.
Trainings & Workshops
Over the past five years, we’ve led 75+ immersive trainings and workshops across the U.S., empowering 10,000+ participants to bridge divides, de-escalate conflict, and lead with peace in divided spaces.
Inspiring Media
Our podcast has reached listeners in 30+ countries over five seasons, featuring 50+ guests—from theologians and grassroots organizers to frontline peacemakers.
And our Hopeful Alternative Substack essays engage thousands of readers who are hungry for bold, imaginative reflections on peace and faith.
Every number represents people and communities being transformed—leaders who are staying, healing, and guiding others to do the same.
Thank you for being part of the work of formation. Together, we’re fueling the slow, faithful work that transforms the hearts, minds, and muscles and communities.
